This four-hour "leader's" course will enable participants to conduct an effective self-assessment of their current work situation, their inherent skills, knowledge, and values to help them develop strategy and tactics for surviving a pending change in their work life.
This course provides many useful and practical tools and aids in leading their employees or work group in a more positive and proactive approach to their collective future.
It also provides leaders or employers with how to help their employees develop an effective plan for managing change.
This course will help create high morale and motivation within the work force as they focus more on what they can do for themselves instead of becoming victims.
